How do I find a product on your site?
Simply enter the item name or code found in our printed catalogue into the search field and click 'search'. If you do not know the name of the item, you can enter a word that has something to do with the product, click 'search' and it will likely find your product (and maybe a couple of other alternatives as well)! Of course, you can also browse through the departments on the left hand side at your leisure until you come across it.
 
What if I can't find a product I thought you sold?
Just because you can't find it on our site, doesn't mean we don't sell it. If you've tried searching our site and still can't see it, call us toll-free at 1-800-387-5533 and ask! It's possible we do sell it but are not actively featuring it - it never hurts to ask. Similarly, if you have seen or heard about a particular item in your travels but are having difficulty finding anyone who sells it and would like to see it in Canada, call us on our toll free line above and we'll check into it for you. If we end up featuring the item, you may be entitled to our Hedonics Finders Gift Card. If you would like to be made aware of these just-arrived items, simply provide us with your name,e-mail and street address and, with your first order, you will be included in our VIP Product Alerts list. You will also be told about special prices on currentlyfeatured items and closeouts. As we know how annoying spam can be, we will e-mail you these offers no more than 24 times a year - and never sell or rent your information!
 
I am concerned about ordering online. Can I be assured that the transaction is secure?
We utilize secured socket layers (SSL) to ensure safe, secure transactions. SSL is an encryption technology designed to establish a secure connection between your computer and ours. Encryption translates your confidential order information into a secret code that only we can read. This is the most effective way to ensure that your order information is protected. Also, once you have placed an order online, we do not store your credit card information on our site, so there is no way of accessing that information once you leave. We believe these elements provide a very secure shopping environment.

We are ready to help if you have questions about your order. You can submit an e-mail to customerservice@hedonics.com and an online customer service representative will do their best to respond within 24 hours, or you can call toll free at 1-800-387-5533 to immediately speak to a representative.

When will my credit card be charged?
For items that are in stock, your credit card will be charged at the time of order processing, just before your order is shipped to you. For items that are backordered, we do not charge your card in advance. We will only charge your credit card when it is shipped.

Special Orders are charged a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit at time of order. The balance plus shipping (if applicable) is charged when the product arrives at our Toronto warehouse prior to shipping or pick-up at our retail outlet. Special Order items are considered Final Sale unless defective for replacement.
 
When I submit an order, what kind of confirmation will I get that you have received it?
 
Online Order Submission:
Before shipping your order, we will send e-mail confirmation that it has been received.

Order Submission by Mail or Fax:
If you have provided us with your e-mail address along with your order, we will send e-mail confirmation after we have entered the order on the system but before shipping.
 
If I do not live in Canada, can I still order online?
Yes! However, be aware that shipping charges will not be accurate if you order this way.

How do I order online from a print catalogue?
Follow the four easy steps below when ordering online using a print catalogue.
1. Enter the catalogue code in the search field at the top navigation bar and click "search".
   
2. Click on the item's short form description (or it's mini picture) to view the main product information page for that item.
   
3. Confirm that the item on the product detail page is the item you wish to purchase. Remember to select the colour/size option, if applicable.
   
4. Enter the quantity you wish to purchase and click "Add to Basket" to place your order. Fill in the required information...and away you go!
