Thank
you for shopping with Hedonics. We appreciate your business
and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Should any product fail to meet your expectations, simply
return it with proof of purchase within your 15 day examination
period, and we will replace it, refund your purchase price,
or credit your credit card*.
*Personal Care, Special Order and Sale Items excluded.

follow these return instructions: |

WITHIN 15 Days of receipt ONLY: Please complete the Return/Exchange Form
located on the back of your invoice included with your order, detailing
the reason for the return. (The return reason codes can be found in the
table below and on the back of the invoice).
We also suggest you make a photocopy for your records. |

If
you no longer have the invoice, please include a
note with the following information with your return:
name, address, telephone number, product being returned,
and written reason for your return. |

Please
indicate if you would prefer an exchange, refund
or store credit. |

| 4. |
Please
return the item(s) in its original box including
instructions and accessories along with the Return/Exchange
Form, and send it to the following address either
by insured parcel post or by a traceable carrier

Please
allow two weeks to receive and process your return.
In the case of defective products, your return shipping
costs will be refunded to you, where applicable,
up to the original delivery charge of that item.
Additionally, we will not charge to send a replacement
of a defective item if it becomes defective within
a short period of time. If we do need to charge
to send a replacement unit under warranty, wherever
possible the delivery charge will be discounted.

ensure that every item we sell includes a manufacturers
warranty. If you have a product that is defective and
the problem is covered under that manufacturer's warranty
within the warranty period, we will gladly help you to
the best of our ability – either replace the product
or get it serviced for you at no charge. We know that
dealing with manufacturers regarding warranty issues can
be frustrating, costly and time-consuming, particularly
if you have to send your purchase to another country for
repair. No hassles means more time to shop! |

| Out-of-Warranty
Issues |

deal with our suppliers on an on-going basis. It therefore
makes sense for us to assist you wherever possible with
repairs to out-of-warranty products or to answer questions
you may have regarding product usage, particularly if
you are unable to contact the manufacturer directly. If
you have such an issue, contact us and we will do our
best to help! |
