and value-based. In order to best serve you, we need certain
information whether you shop by catalogue or in person
at our retail pick up outlet that is not typically requested
at an average retail store. This reflects the unique nature
of Hedonics and our efforts to provide an enhanced shopping
experience. Though not mandatory on a retail purchase,
we request complete information to process your order
in a timely fashion, including any applicable telephone
numbers and/or e-mail address should we need to contact
you regarding your order. |

fact, most featured products are not available elsewhere
in Canada but if you do find one, we are committed to
offering you the Best Price. If you find the same item
advertised elsewhere for less, send us the advertisement
within 30 days of receiving the item and we will Refund
or Credit the difference - Guaranteed. Nutritional products

ORDER: These items are not regularly stocked.
A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all
Special Order items. The balance plus shipping (if applicable)
is charged when the product arrives at our Toronto warehouse
prior to shipping or pick-up at our retail outlet. See

POLICY |
| For

Our
success is based on your satisfaction. Should you not
be satisfied, for any reason, simply return your purchase
(insured) by Canada Post within your 15 day Examination
Period for a prompt refund or credit (delivery charges
not included). Only merchandise in new condition and in
original packaging will be accepted. After 15 days, only
defective items will be accepted for return, in which
case they will be exchanged; please call for a Return
Authorization (RA)# prior to returning the defective item.
Where applicable, return delivery costs of defective goods
are refunded to you and the replacement product is re-sent
to you free of charge.
*(PersCare) = Personal Care Items: Health
and hygiene considerations prevent us from accepting personal
care items for return unless defective.
CDs, DVDs, Software, Tapes and Videos: Once the
seal has been broken, returns will not be accepted unless
defective, in which case they will be
exchanged.
SPECIAL ORDER Items: Special order items
are Final Sale unless defective, in which case they are
exchanged. |

owning our products, we don’t want to send you catalogues
if you don’t want to receive them. If you are receiving
catalogues but want to be removed from our mailing list,

Catalogues? We’ll give you $5.
Please clip and send the duplicate printed addresses from
all of our catalogues you receive (indicate the one you
want and we’ll eliminate the others) and as thanks,
we’ll put a $5 credit on your account for your next
order. Limit one per customer. The best part is - it saves

| General:
Orders paid by cheque may be held up to 10 days for clearance.
Please triple check that your money order or cheque total
equals your order total including shipping & handling
and applicable taxes for your province. Refunds on orders
initially paid by cheque will be refunded by cheque. Allow
3-4 weeks for payment. Items ordered together may not
be shipped at the same time; your credit card will be
billed only for what is shipped. We reserve the right
to substitute for different colours or styles if original
selection is not made at time of order. Product prices
and delivery charges subject to change without notice.
Website and Printing errors subject to correction. All
sale items are final. We always ensure that every item
sold has a manufacturer’s warranty. We reserve the
right to cancel an order for any reason, including but
not limited to the suspicion of fraud, lack of product
availability, incomplete order information, or incorrect
payment amounts. Orders placed online, by fax, e-mail
or regular mail are subject to review. Customers may be
notified if calculation errors are made to order totals.
For online orders, the order sub total in View Basket
excludes delivery and applicable taxes that will be added
at the time of order review and processing. For a grand
total, add the cost of the items ordered, the applicable
delivery charge based on the shipping chart provided (see
Shipping Rates & Info)
and the applicable taxes to that total. |

possible prior to final selection. Production models are
not always available before catalogue or web publication
and occassionally, prototype samples are photographed.
Production models may vary slightly. If production units
are upgraded, you will receive the latest version. We
make every effort to ensure all published information
– on this site and in our printed catalogue is accurate
but we are not responsible for information or prices printed
or posted in error. We apologize if we do and for any
inconvenience it may cause. |
